Jim Von Der Linn's grilled salmon recipe -- also works great on halibut -- Salmon or halibut fillets, completely boned, skin still on Line a metal pan with foil and place fillets skin down Douse fish with Worcestershire and soy sauce (no need to mix first) Let marinate for 1-3 hours, basting occasionally Preheat grill on high 10 minutes, turn down to medium (your grill may vary) and place the pan right onto the grill Baste with 2 tablespoons butter plus two teaspoons lemon juice per fillet Grilling time depends on thickness Thick fish (1.5 inches) can take up to 25 minutes
