Madeleine's B&B is also a cooking school. The table settings were works of art. The school is in a stone house built in the 10th century in the heart of medieval Arles. Dinner at the school often starts at 9 PM, lasts 2 hours or so, and includes the traditional first course, second course, cheese plate, and dessert.
